Wed, February 25, 2004 - 2:19 PMI use sour cream in my omlettes, and I whip them for a super long time. You should try it. I also usually mix in chives. -

Fri, February 27, 2004 - 9:44 AMcreme fraiche is basically slightly less sour cream without the gelatin. most grocery stores in the bay area carry it, but in other parts of the country you might try a natural foods or international grocery store.
